About

About the game

An isometric farming and town-building game that runs in your browser, where you build the whole chain from field to market.

What it is.

FarmFolk is a 3D, isometric town-building and farming game. You grow crops and raise animals, process what you make, carry it to market and use the money to buy land and build a bigger town. Worlds are generated islands, with rivers, lakes, forests and hills to build around.

It runs entirely in your browser, with no download, and it is free to play.

Where it’s up to.

It is in development. You can play it now, while the economy, the buildings and the world are being built and balanced, so prices and numbers will change as it grows. The game and this page say so.

FolkGold.

FolkGold is the game’s currency, and it is an ordinary in-game currency. It is not a token, needs no wallet and has no real-world value.

Who makes it.

FarmFolk is made by Arcade Union and built by Stuart Heathcote. It sits alongside the other Arcade Union games, which you can find on the Arcade Union site.

The website was designed and built by Arcade Union Studio.

Credits.

Built with Godot 4.7 and exported to the web as a WebAssembly build.
